Purpose
As Kristal Mensucat, with the responsibility of being a large-scale organization operating in polyester yarn manufacturing, we consider the health and safety of our employees as our top priority. We are committed to providing safe and healthy working conditions in all our activities in order to prevent work-related injuries and occupational diseases. This policy has been prepared in accordance with the scope, scale, context of our organization, and the nature of occupational health and safety (OHS) risks and opportunities.
Scope
This Occupational Health and Safety policy covers;
- Our existing polyester yarn production facility and all future investments,
- All employees working within Kristal Mensucat,
- All stakeholders of Kristal Mensucat, including suppliers, contractors, subcontractors, and personnel involved through agreements with other organizations.
Our Policy and Commitments
In all areas of our operations:
- All occupational health and safety practices are carried out in full compliance with applicable national legislation and relevant standards.
- In order to prevent potential work accidents and occupational diseases, hazards are identified, risks are analyzed, and appropriate preventive measures are taken.
- We establish a systematic and measurable framework for setting OHS objectives.
- We continuously review and improve our OHS management system by adapting to developing technologies and best practices.
- We provide the necessary resources (training, equipment, protective gear, technical and managerial support) to ensure safe working environments.
- All employees receive regular occupational health and safety training relevant to their duties, ensuring the development and sustainability of OHS awareness.
- We encourage employee participation by seeking their opinions and suggestions on occupational health and safety matters and supporting open communication.
- To be prepared for potential emergencies, scenarios are developed, drills are conducted, and regular equipment inspections are performed to help prevent possible accidents.
- We ensure that all subcontractor employees and visitors at the workplace comply with occupational health and safety rules.

Şti., ensuring that all our employees work in a healthy and safe environment and preventing work accidents and occupational diseases are our fundamental priorities.
